Professional DJ Service...........“when it has to be the best”
When choosing a DJ for your next event it is important that some questions are asked. A quick and efficient response is a sign of an experienced DJ. Remember that the DJ will “make” or “break” your event. I encourage you to ask the following questions.
The responses here are my own.
Can I meet with you before I hire you? Yes, and I encourage it. It is extremely important that you meet and see any DJ before you hire him or her.
Can you play a wide variety of music that my guest and I will like? Yes, in fact I have a very extensive music library, all on compact discs. My selection ranges from the 30’s and 40’s big bands, 50’s and 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 80’s Old School Jams, Hip-hop, Rap, Top 40 Dance, Techno, Club, Country, Salsa, Merengue, Jazz, Reggae and more!
Can you take request from my guests? Yes I can, or I can play strictly from your playlist.
How will you dress? Always in a tuxedo for formal events, coat and tie for less formal, or otherwise however you request for me to dress.
Do you take any breaks? No, once your guest start arriving, the music is non-stop.
Do you charge for setting-up and when do you arrive? I do not charge you for setting-up my equipment and I arrive at least 1 to 1 1/2 hours before your guest are scheduled to arrive.
Can you act as Master of Ceremonies and make sure everything runs smoothly? Yes, I can make all necessary announcements and make sure all other vendors know when and how the events happen.
What about special effects and lights? I use an advanced intelligent lighting system. This makes a light show second to none! If you don’t want all the lights, that’s not a problem.
How do you handle overtime? As the event draws near the end, I quietly ask you if you want me to stop at the end of the agreed time or if you would like for me to continue the party.
